Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects when you use it, and what I do with it. I'm Ali Sultan, a freelance website developer, and I run this site.
What I collect
The only information I receive is what you type into the contact form:
- your name and email address,
- the subject and message you write.
This site does not ask you to create an account and does not take payments.
How I use it
I use your details only to read your message, reply to you and discuss your project. I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.
How the contact form works
When you press send, your message is passed through a third-party form service (FormSubmit) that delivers it to my email inbox. That service handles the message while it is in transit, under its own privacy policy.
Fonts and external services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page opens. Links to client websites and other external sites open those sites, which have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising trackers. If I add analytics later, I will update this page.
How long I keep your messages
I keep emails for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the project, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to contact@alisultangmail.com and I will respond.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
