These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services I offer through it. By using the site or asking me to work on a project, you agree to them.

Who I am

I'm Ali Sultan, a freelance website developer. My services include WordPress and eCommerce website development, blog and business websites, custom websites, redesigns, SEO, backlinking, reviving old websites, product research, store management and eBay account management.

Quotes and project scope

Each project starts with a conversation about what you need. The scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

What I need from you

To finish on time I need your content, images, logins and feedback when I ask for them. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Work may pause if an agreed payment is overdue.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design made for you. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Results are not guaranteed

I work carefully and aim for strong results, but I cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, sales or eBay performance. Search engines and marketplaces change their rules and results depend on many things outside my control, including your market, your products and your competitors. Any figures or sample dashboards on this site are examples of how I report on work, not a promise of what you will earn.

Third-party platforms

When I work on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or eBay, you stay responsible for following that platform's rules. I will follow them when I act on your behalf, but a platform can change its policies or take action on an account at its own discretion.

Links to other websites

This site links to websites I have built for clients. I do not control their content, and they are run by their owners.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from the use of this website or my services. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
